“…Our mission is to reach the unreached people groups on the continent of Africa with the gospel”- Send56
Project Description
Send56 exists to send 10,000 missionaries to reach the approximately 1,000 unreached people groups in Africa with the Gospel. The ministry serves the African missions movement by discipling and mobilizing a new generation of native African missionaries to love Jesus, fulfill the Great Commission, and usher in the return of the Lord.
Phase I of construction consists of building 3 facilities on the existing campus along with a wall around the property boundary. The facilities include a House of Prayer, Men’s and Women’s Dormitory. Construction began in April 2016 and was completed in June of 2017.
What Send56 Does: The missions challenge in Africa is immense, but God is raising up thousands of native missionaries who are ready to go reach these unreached tribes.
TRAIN
A two-year, full-time, discipleship school prepares laborers for the mission field.
SEND
Once trained, they are sent to people groups they are already culturally and linguistically equipped for.
ASSIST
We create a honorable and accountable system of financial assistance and moral support, which enables native missionaries to serve in locations among unreached people groups, that they otherwise couldn’t.
Will and Etta Shehee serve as directors for the facility. You can follow the Shehee’s on Facebook here.
A special thank to Ronnie Willis for his hard work and dedication to this project. Ronnie quit his job, moved to Uganda and started serving as project manager in January 2016. He diligently worked as the lead for construction for 4 months before returning home.
