We are dedicated to fulfilling our vision to be a values-driven organization.
Our mission, vision, and values lead to the work that we do, because without them we would lose sight of our WHY.
Our Core Values
Know the Why
We reflect Jesus to the people we serve
and through the work we do.
By working diligently to make as large an impact as we can, we are building the kingdom one life at a time. We know that this is bigger than us, and what we are a part of is bigger than the part we play. We know the why, and that makes all the difference.
Prioritize Family
Our relationship with our spouse and
children is our primary mission.
If we take care of our family first, we are then able to honor them by doing a work that matters. This is a powerful mission, and our families are in this with us. We have a higher potential impact when we have healthy families at home.
Collaborate Effectively
We believe that together with our partners, we can accomplish
more for the kingdom.
Alone we go faster, together we can go farther. We want to go as far as we can, do as much as we can, and make as big an impact as possible. That is only possible if we join together, and do it effectively.
Steward Well
We shepherd and honor the resources we are entrusted with because at no time were they actually ours.
To whom much is given, much is required. We have been given the call to take what we have and make a difference with it. It all matters, so we will actively focus our attention on our stewardship.
Lead with Integrity
Our actions and our words adhere to our Biblical worldview and moral principles.
To make this mission and its impact last, we have a mandate to uphold the highest level of integrity. We don’t just exist for us, we exist for others. That means we go the extra mile, build up our character, and watch it result in a great impact.
Pursue Excellence
We believe that initiative, improvement and invention are indicators of a
healthy team culture.
We pursue excellence, not perfection. Perfection is unattainable, but excellence will carry us along the path to a greater potential. Our attitude and initiative open the door for opportunities to present themselves, but opportunities come to the prepared.
